In how we react.
In how we doubt ourselves.

In how we push people away—
or hold on too tightly.

In the exhaustion of always being “fine.”
In the fear of speaking.
In the feeling that something is wrong with us
even when we’re doing our best.

A Six-Session Journey Back to Safety

The Inner Child Healing Program is a six-session journey for people who sense that something old is still living inside their present life.

Together, we gently return to the parts of you that learned to hide, protect, or stay alert. Not to relive the past—but to finally give those parts what they didn’t receive then: safety, presence, and permission.
